With over 25 years of leadership and real-world experience, Coach Leotis Hightower Sr. is a transformational coach, combat-decorated U.S. Army veteran, and seasoned entrepreneur. After serving honorably as a healthcare specialist in the U.S. Army and navigating life-defining challenges—including single fatherhood, cancer, divorce, and career transition—he transformed adversity into a mission centered on purpose, resilience, and results-driven leadership.
Coach Hightower holds degrees in business administration and healthcare management and is recognized for his ability to convene, develop, and elevate leaders across sectors. In 2023, he founded and hosted the Mastering Manhood Conference in Houston, Texas, bringing together influential leaders, professionals, and subject-matter experts to address critical issues impacting men—leadership, identity, family, faith, business, mental health, and personal responsibility. The conference served as a platform for honest dialogue, strategic growth, and actionable solutions for men seeking clarity and direction.
Expanding his impact through media and community engagement, Coach Hightower also established The Real Man Talk Podcast, a leadership-driven platform designed to foster authentic conversations among men, leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers. The podcast tackles real-world topics, including leadership development, relationships, accountability, purpose, and societal influence. Through this platform, he has spotlighted influential voices and local elected officials who made major contributions to leadership and community advancement in 2021, reinforcing the importance of civic responsibility, mentorship, and legacy-building.
